Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped to those jurisdictions that levy such a tax and in which we have a physical location. We are currently located in the state of Illinois. All packages being shipped to Illinois will be charged 7.1% sales tax.
Backorder and Substitution Policies
pboutfitterz.com does not guarantee the availability of any item. Items can become out of stock at any time. pboutfitterz.com may also discontinue offering an item at any time. Orders for out of stock items may be placed on backorder. pboutfitterz.com cannot guarantee a time frame for backorder fulfillment. Customers with a backordered item will have first priority when a shipment arrives. Backorders are usually shipped the next business day following the arrival of the item from the supplier.
Colors Substitution Policies
pboutfitterz.com reserves the right to substitute out of stock colors with another color of the same merchandise.
Warranties and Limitation of Liability
All manufacturers provide at least a 90 day and up to a full 1 year full parts and labor warranty on guns. All defective products must be repaired, replaced, exchanged or refunded by the manufacturer directly. pboutfitterz.com will NOT accept exchanges or returns of defective merchandise. Please contact the manufacturer regarding warranty service.
